NEW category announced!

In a bid to help drive the region's industry forward, the facilities management Middle East Awards has added a new category: FM Consultant of the Year.

The Award will be given to the consultant or consultancy firm who can demonstrate exceptional consultancy before, during and/or after a building has been constructed.

It has been well documented that facilities management should be thought about before design stage to ensure developments are built with efficient operations in mind.

This practice is now becoming more apparent and popular with the region's developers and facilities management is now being driven into a more strategic and managerial position.
