Al Raha Beach Hotel in Abu Dhabi launched its latest restaurant in May 2008, Azur, which offers traditional Mediterranean cuisine with a twist according to Al Raha Beach Hotel F&B manager Antonello Passa.
Azur celebrates the cooking techniques and ingredients of the region and serves authentic, home-style cuisine said Passa.
"Mediterranean Cuisine is not defined by a single culinary style, but a collection of culinary regions, each with individual influences and flavours," he said.
Azur's menu includes Mediterranean classics such as grilled lobster, plicate di filletto, tagliatelle capricciose and carpaccio di salmone said Passa.
"The Azur restaurant menu reflects those varying regional cooking techniques, styles, and dishes and we're excited to share them with our guests."
Thirty varieties of wine are also available, which will complete the Mediterranean dining experience concluded Passa.
