Al Fara'a Properties will develop its US $137 million Image Residences project in Jebel Ali.
The launch of the residential project, which features a 17-storey tower and another with 11 floors, has pushed the value of Al Fara'a projects past $272 million.
The development, which includes studio and one, two and three-bedroom apartments, is expected to be completed in 2011.
The project will also include a leisure deck on the podium level with facilities like swimming pools, a barbecue area and a gymnasium.
Image Residences will also include several retail outlets that will be housed on the ground floor.
Al Fara'a is also developing the $26 million Mulberry Mansions project in Jumeirah Village.
That project is expected to be completed by the third quarter of 2009. Mulberry Mansions comprises 23 townhouses.
