Computer-aided facilities management software provider, FSI (FM Solutions), has launched its operations in Oman.

He added that the region prefers to take a holistic approach to business, giving projects the attention they need.

"The Omani people are very aware that if you don't guide the implementation of new technologies and processes, it might not work at all and the benefits will be lost," concluded Kievit.
