Mediterranean food in the spotlight

The first Mediterranean Gourmet Summit is taking place at Four Seasons Hotel Alexandria at San Stefano from June 15 to 21.
The week-long event will see chefs from Four Seasons properties and top restaurants around the world host cooking classes will create dishes at outlets within the hotel.
The summit is a milestone in fine dining in Alexandria according to general manager at the Four Seasons Alexandria, Stephan Killinger.
"We wanted to showcase Alexandria as a culinary hotspot and we are looking forward to making this an annual event in the future," he said.
