Kuwait-based Abyaar Real Estate Development has awarded the Al Habtoor Leighton Group a 740 million-dirham ($201.5 million) contract to build two high-rise towers in Dubai, Al Habtoor Leighton said on Tuesday.
Al Habtoor Leighton, through its subsidiary Al Habtoor Engineering, will start work on the Olgana and Hilliana towers this month, with construction expected to be completed by July 2010, the company said in a statement.
The Olgana and Hilliana towers, which measure 36 and 40 storeys respectively, are part of Abyaar’s Acacia Avenues development in Jumeirah.
