Emaar Bawadi has announced plans for the first residential apartments on the Bawadi strip - the Maysan Towers.
Three towers will be constructed, each of different heights, with the tallest standing at 30 storeys. The smaller towers will be 26 and 24 storeys high. Emaar Bawadi has not revealed the projected completion date of the development, or details of the MEP contracts.
The towers will be part of the proposed 6.5 million m2 Asmaran community in Bawadi and will feature 2.7m high ceilings in all of the rooms.
Bawadi chief executive officer Arif Mubarak said: “Maysan Towers will offer residents a distinctive experience marked by elegant architecture, a location advantage within Bawadi and easy accessibility from Dubai’s main highways.”
The Bawadi strip will feature a chain of luxury hotels stretching 10km that, when completed, will be the world’s largest. There will be 51 hotels, with 60,000 rooms and 3.7 million m2 of retail space on the strip.
