High-calorie treats have been replaced with healthy options at the Al Diar Siji Hotel.

After gorging themselves on carvery specials, the fresh fish barbecue, and various hot mezze at the Friday brunch at Al Diwan, the flagship restaurant at the five-star Al Diar Siji Hotel in Fujairah, diners can raid the dessert cart without worrying about piling on excess calories.

The hotel’s new Diet Sweets Corner is available throughout the all-day buffet and offers a range of low-calorie desserts prepared by pastry chef Sherwin Pronk.

The selection includes Diet Low Calorie Strudel with Low Calorie Cinnamon Sauce, All-traditional Low Calorie Crème Caramel, and Low Calorie Oatmeal Tart with Fruit.
