Fino signs up to Hotelier Awards

O'Malley and Saeed are looking forward to November.

This year's Hotelier Middle East Awards look set to be even bigger and better than ever, with news Fino International has agreed to be the event’s principal sponsor.

Managing partner Talal Saeed said the awards would cap off a big year for the interior contracting and finishing company, with several big ticket projects - such as work for the Armani Hotel, and the newly launched The Address property at Dubai Mall - set to be rolled out across the region.

The company was also submitting tenders for the Dubai metro project, he added.

"We provide a solution to customers based on a manufacturing approach," Saeed explained. "We have our own facilities to manufacture woodwork and process marble and stone, for example."

"This is our strength, because we can make anything that is required without depending on subcontractors. Reliable subcontractors are difficult to find in this market; you might find one good marble company but you will not find a company that caters to all the different aspects of the markets. We can work with the main contractor and do the entire fit-out."

ITP Business publishing director Diarmuid O'Malley said it was pleasing to see companies such as Fino International embrace the awards: "With Fino International signing on as a principal sponsor, this will no doubt raise the profile of the awards even further".
