UAE architecture practice Centimetercube has revealed its new M12 brand of villas for Dubai.
The M12 villa project consists of 12 commercial villas, each with a ground plus two floors and a basement. The villas have been designed to appear distinct from other villas located in the Mirdif area of Dubai.
The units feature compact design to bring in as much natural light as possible, and integration of louvers to minimise heat and filter light into the building.
“This project represents modern architectural design standards and an important addition to Centimetercube's portfolio. By using simple materials like concrete, steel, and glass we achieve projects that we feel form a critical part of the fabric of Dubai, and we would certainly like to see great designs spread out over other areas of Dubai,” said Omran Al-Owais, Centimetercube's Creative Director.
