Etisalat internet subscribers can now access the StumbleUpon website, which had been blocked by the local service provider just a few days ago.
Owned by eBay, StumbleUpon delivers specific content to users who click on a ‘Stumble!' button on their browser toolbar. Pages are selected for display based on user's ratings of previous pages, ratings by his or her friends and by the ratings of users with similar interests.
