The new Farnborough International Venue and Events (FIVE) building will be unveiled at the 2008 airshow.
International Ltd (FIL) has developed the 4400 sq m structure as a permanent event space at the air show site. BAE systems, the world's third largest defence company, will be the inaugural exhibitor at the new premises later this month.
Mike Rouse, group director of marketing for BAE systems, said: "FIVE will be an exciting and dramatic new pavilion in which the company will display its very extensive range of products and capabilities in land, sea and air.
Trevor Sidebottom, Farnborough International's managing director, believes the new facility will benefit exhibitors: "We are delighted by BAE's decision to take the FIVE building at FIA 2008. We know that the hall will look fantastic and is in a great location with excellent branding opportunities."
