Online service available for visitors

Farnborough International Airshow (FIA) will be offering an online appointment booking service for trade visitors and exhibitors.

The new system, which went live in May, has an alphabetical list of all the exhibiting companies for trade visitors to access.

When tickets are purchased, buyers receive an on-screen reminder to view the list and identify the businesses they wish to speak to at the event.

Farnborough International sponsorship producer Peter McKenna said: "The new appointment booking service is an exciting opportunity as it will allow companies to be entirely targeted in their business development strategies for FIA 2008.

We hope that this service will enhance the business experience for Farnborough visitors," he added.
