Arabtec bags US $163 million Emaar contract

Arabtec construction has won a US $163 million (AED599 million) contract from Emaar to design and construct 550 villas at Warsan Development in Dubai.

The construction period is 30 months with the villas being delivered in phases.

Arabtec Holding CEO Riad Kamal, said: "Arabtec has proved itself in the construction sector through its success in running various projects, which ranked Arabtec as a leading construction company in the market."
