Centimetercube, a Dubai-based architecture and design company, recently announced the design of a new project consisting of 12 commercial villas, the M12.
Spanning 3 900 ft2 each, the villa’s will each feature a compact design to bring in as much natural light as possible, and integration of louvers to minimise heat and filter light into the building.
said about the project, “This project represents modern architectural design standards and an important addition to Centimetercube 's portfolio. By using simple materials like concrete, steel, and glass we achieve projects that we feel form a critical part of the fabric of Dubai, and we would certainly like to see great designs spread out over other areas of Dubai,” said Omran Al-Owais, Centimetercube’s creative director.
