Dubai real estate developer Plus Properties has signed an $108 million deal with Taahud General Contracting to build a waterfront tower on Abu Dhabi’s Reem Island.
Enabling work on the SkyGardens project has started, and construction by the Abu Dhabi-based Taahud will begin “shortly”, Plus Properties said in a statement on Tuesday.
The developer did not disclose the height of the tower, or the project’s completion date.
The residential project will comprise deluxe and garden apartments, and sky garden duplex villas.
The duplex villas will feature private swimming pools and suspended gardens, Plus Properties said.
