Mio Knight Rider sat-nav
This is one of those products that may just have to be your guilty little secret - the thing you hide from your significant other when they get in the car, the reason you refuse co-workers lifts - the device that causes you to emit a small, girlish giggle of glee every time you switch it on.
Let's face it, a sat-nav designed to look - and more importantly sound - like that car off Knight Rider, is just a tad geeky.
Fair play to Mio, though, the vendor has pulled out all the stops - it's sourced William Daniels, the original voice of KITT from the TV series to provide the voice (which apparently is reasonably realistic, if slightly robotic).
Otherwise it's a fairly standard Mio GPS - probably aimed at the higher end of the market (or in this case, the "nothing will stand in the way of my nostalgic throwback - nothing!" market).
It gives you directions and all sorts, and presumably - local data permitting - lets you know about speed cameras and other hazards.
