Executive Bay, which was launched last year, is a 19-storey tower that will include office space as well as retail and recreational facilities. Damac Properties is developing the tower project.

"Delay in projects have been one of the primary concerns in the construction industry and we are working towards curbing this shortcoming that exists within the market and are focussing on the timely delivery of all our projects. This year we have awarded 11 enabling contracts and two main works contracts already, which  reiterate our commitment towards project completions," said Damac Properties CEO Peter Riddoch.

"We are positive that we will be able to complete the enabling work as planned," he said.
