The tower, a project of Ithmaar Development Company, will contain residential apartments, offices and a four-star hotel. Mott MacDonald will also work on the health and safety needs of the building.

Mott MacDonald project director Alan Worley revealed: “We are delighted to be awarded this prestigious project by Ithmaar Development Company and aim to bring our global expertise in tall buildings to the project and hopefully other projects in the future.”
