Atlantis gears up for grand opening

With just 17 days to go, all 3,500 staff at Atlantis, the Palm are refining their skills for the opening on Sept. 24. Christian, manager at the Catalan Gastrononique and seafood restaurant Ossiano instructs his team on the finer points of serving haute cuisine.
