Middle East buyers are being urged to sign up to AIME’s 2009 Hosted Buyer Programme in order to take advantage of “a wonderful opportunity to meet more than 850 meeting and incentive exhibitors”, according to event organisers.
AIME 2009, scheduled to take place on February 17 to 18 at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre, Australia, will showcase the Asia Pacific region's latest products and destinations for the meetings industry.
It is therefore essential for Middle East buyers to attend the event orgnised by Reed Travel Exhibitions (RTE), according to acting event director, AIME 2009, Elizabeth Sarian.
"AIME is the premier event in the rapidly growing Asia Pacific region and Middle East buyers will gain easy access to a wide range of products that they are unlikely to see at other events," she said.
Each year nearly 200 new exhibitors and a number of new destinations, venues and hotels attend AIME.
But one of the main selling points is AIME's "excellent reputation for its Hosted Buyer Programme", according to Sarian.
Buyers receive a personalised appointment schedule allowing them to meet the exhibitors they are most interested in with the aim of "maximising their productive time at the event".
People who wish to participate in the programme can apply online at the AIME website: www.aime.com.au.
