Escape, the equestrian community currently being developed in Ajman, has reached an agreement with Germany’s Nolte Kitchens to provide designer kitchens and cabinets to the villas, Saddle Homes, and apartments within the project.

This follows a similar agreement with Abu Dhabi-based Zoralco International to supply the residences with a selection of Spanish terra cotta floor tiling and top quality fittings.

“We feel it is important for our home buyers to actually see what they are buying. We are committed to our promise to deliver quality homes that are aesthetically pleasing and in keeping with the Mediterranean, and Arabic architectural inspiration that runs through the project,” said Anwer Sher, general manger of Escape.

“Too often projects of this nature change design aspects while in the construction phase, and this can leave home buyers feeling disappointed or short changed. In the case of Escape, our buyers will see the actual kitchens, fittings and cabinets that will be in their homes, and sample boards and images are located within our sales office for easy viewing,” he added.

Zoralco International a supplier of flooring solutions for both residential and commercial applications, is set to supply the villa developments with terra cotta flooring.

“From its inception, Escape has been a development that focuses on exceptional design and architecture. After reviewing many material suppliers, we are confident in our choice for these important fine design details,” said Sher.

The 200 acre Escape community conceptualised and, developed by Equine Management Services, is set for completion in December 2010.
