100 new meetings associates for Middle East and India

Meeting procurement giant HelmsBriscoe has signed a multi-million dollar contract deal with the ETA Ascon Group resulting in 100 new meetings associates for the Middle East and India.

According to CEO and founder of HelmsBriscoe, Roger Helms, the brand had “grown steadily over the past years” showing signs of “significant and sustained expansion”.

“We will continue to aggressively develop our international presence strategically, in the markets that align with our vision, to the greatest benefit of our partners, clients and associates,” he added.

The deal came after HelmsBriscoe, which currently has 950 associates across 40 countries, announced revenue increases of more than 20% over the past year.

The partnership with Dubai-based ETA Ascon’s Group is viewed as a significant boost to the region’s meetings industry.

Executive director of ETA Ascon’s Travel Group Ramesh Kumar said, “HelmsBriscoe and ETA Ascon is the perfect blend of distribution, services, systems and professionalism. It complements the other related services within our group.

“We have the ability to dramatically grow our internal and external clients by delivering the very best in site selection services. There is tremendous synergy within the region as well as a vibrant inbound and outbound market. The opportunities are boundless.”
