Property TV, an international property channel covering real estate projects in the Middle East, India and the Far East, will be unveiled at a launch event in Dubai next month, its CEO and director, Prince Goyal said.

Designed on the 'infotainment' format, Singapore-based Property TV will have Gulf-specific programming at Dubai prime time daily, stated Goyal, who was in Dubai to finalise arrangements with local service providers to distribute the free-to-air channel to Gulf homes.

"Irrespective of the recent negative reports appearing in the media, Dubai property is still on the minds of local and international investors. Property TV will cater to the global interest in real estate by airing world-class infotainment-based property programmes," stated Goyal.

Property TV has set up a production and editorial unit in Dubai to do Gulf-specific programming. "We feel there is a strong need for a dedicated property channel with an international footprint and global perspective. Viewers will get to know everything they wanted to know about property investment and home décor, but did not know where to go. Property TV will be a one-stop channel for anything to do with real estate," added Goyal.
