Changes made include alterations to the building heights. The developer declined to disclose further information on the changes to the masterplan or an estimated cost of the alterations.

“ALDAR is keen to bring its heralded concept of integrated development to Al Ain and will do whatever it takes to deliver the future growth of the city as envisioned in the plan while ensuring that the culture and heritage of the area are preserved.” said Ahmed Ali Al Sayegh, Chairman, ALDAR Properties.

Abu Dhabi Plan 2030 is a comprehensive development plan aimed at ensuring sustainable and aesthetically pleasing development within the Emirati capital.
