Cirrus launches Waterfront Residential Tower

Cirrus Developments, a Middle East company, has launched The Vantage, a US$544mn 50-storey residential tower to be situated on Nakheel's Waterfront.

The project, launched in September, will boast apartments, townhouses and a retail boulevard. Behnam Eshragh, Chairman and CEO of Cirrus Developments said:

"Catering to the affluent sector of the market, The Vantage will be a stunning tower and a must-have address in the sought after Madinat Al Arab district of Waterfront. It offers both beachside and parkside living, clever technology and the best in retail and top-end dining," he said.

Nakheel's Waterfront will transform over 1.4 billion sq ft of sand and sea into a community development for an estimated 1.5 million people on completion.
