Etisalat has slashed 70% off its IP access rental charges in a move designed to encourage more businesses to select its IP connectivity network.
The new pricing for the IP Connect service, which is offered over Etisalat’s secure MPLS (Multiprotocol Label Switching) network, is effective from October 1, 2008.
Etisalat has also introduced new one year contract prices for access links which are 15% lower than standard monthly contract rentals. Quarterly billing has also been replaced with monthly charges in an effort to reduce cash flow burdens.
“New revised pricing and billing changes are meant to give our customers increased savings and flexible payment schedules. With this, businesses across the UAE can now reap the advantages of IP Connect which gives them a private and secure network that can offer flexible connectivity with speeds of up to 1 GB between offices nationally or internationally,” said Abdulla Hashim, VP of Enterprise Solutions at Etisalat.
