CCC awarded $100mn Dubai contract

Dubai-based Plus Properties has awarded Consolidated Contractors Co. (CCC) a 400 million-dirham ($108.9 million) contract to build two projects in Dubai, the company said on Thursday.

Plus Properties said CCC had been contracted to build Wave Residence 1 and Pixel Tower in Madinat Al Arab, one of the districts within Nakheel’s Dubai Waterfront development.

It said both projects have been designed by architect James Law.
