Emitac is committed to delivering skills and services to differentiate them from other vendors says Villalonga.

Systems integrator Emitac has appointed a new general manager for enterprise solutions for its Technology Solutions Group.

Miguel Angel Villalonga joins the company to expand its systems integration capabilities, and to develop a managed services offering.

Villalonga previously held senior positions with several companies including Hewlett Packard, where he spent eleven years, and has also launched several IT services projects in Europe and Asia.

Balall Yaqub, CEO of Emitac commented: “We are strategically positioning the leadership team to drive every aspect of our enterprise business to new heights. I firmly believe that Emitac will lead the business in this space with end-to-end offerings and expertise. Today’s organizational announcement aligns us to accelerate this expansive growth.”

The company intends to develop its human resources and technical capabilities to deliver managed services to the growing UAE market, Villalonga said.

“The Middle East is undoubtedly one of the most dynamic markets in the world when it comes to technology solutions for business. Expectations amongst our current and potential client base are high and we are committed to deliver and exceed these expectations,” he said.

“After more than 30 years in the UAE market, Emitac recognizes that the value of our business is not just servicing a particular need of a client, but building and sustaining lifetime client relationships. That can only be achieved with the people skills and the service methodologies that differentiate us from the rest of the vendors,” he added.
