RHS Logistics will manage the supply chain operations for Early Learning Centre in the Middle East, following an exclusive contract with the retailer’s parent company Mothercare International.
The Dubai-based company, which operates a state-of-the-art logistics complex in Jebel Ali Free Zone, has partnered with Mothercare International on a number of occasions during the past eight years.
Under its latest contract, it will provide a range of warehousing and distribution services to Early Learning Centre, which has retail outlets throughout the Middle East, including stores in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and the United Arab Emirates.
“The distribution infrastructure for Early Learning Centre needs to be high performance, especially in terms of supply chain reliability and customer service, with the ability to remain as flexible as possible,” commented Jayne Twaddle, logistics manager for Mothercare International.
“The management team at RHS Logistics demonstrated a highly professional approach that promises to support our business needs, both now and in the future.”
