ViewSonic aims to give show visitors a close look at its technology says Fright.

ViewSonic is going high definition at this year’s GITEX, with a showcase of its full HD displays and digital picture frames.

The vendor will be presenting its high end, full HD 1080p displays, including the VX2260wm, VX2233wm and VA2213wm, along with high resolution photo frames and short-throw mobile projectors.

Aaron Fright, regional director, ViewSonic Middle East & Africa, commented: “This year during GITEX ViewSonic will take the opportunity to feature our innovative product lines in an up-close, personal way and use live demonstrations to make clear the superior technology of our display solutions. Customers and partners will walk away with first-hand knowledge of our feature-packed products which consistently offer superb design and performance with displays that include ultra fast response times, ultra high resolutions, and advanced ergonomic features.”

ViewSonic will present a product showcase at the Novotel Hotel, and will also have products on display with its partner Al Yousef, in the GITEX Business Solutions area.

Highlights will include the Full HD VX2260wm, VX2233wm and VA2213wm displays, which include high performance features such as built-in HDMI digital input, HD stereo speakers and ECO mode which provides 40% less power consumption.

“The Middle East is an extraordinarily important market for ViewSonic where we lead over competition in the LCD segment and anticipate a continuation of our impressive year-on-year growth,” said Fright. “Meeting with both new and existing customers and partners during GITEX allows us to cement our strong commercial footprint throughout the region and to fully demonstrate our expertise in display images.”

ViewSonic will also be running GITEX promotions in stores of its power-retailers including Emax, Sharaf DG, CompuMe and Plug Ins.
