Within Nikken Sekkei's regional projects, the firm plans to utilise technology that is easily accessible within the Middle East, as well as cost-effective for construction and maintenance.

Continuing, Jabri said that Nikken Sekkei "Complements the latest international market trends in sustainability, especially here in the middle east, where efficiency, design and sustainability are combined with long term vision."
