Qatar Telecom has launched a new 128K SIM card complete with a services menu that allows subscribers to directly access the information they need to manage their mobile phone.
The new SIM card will see subscribers receiving the latest news and alerts, initiating bill enquiries or phone calls, and accessing important numbers through the SIM’s mini-directory.
The 128K SIM will also contain selected postpaid and prepaid Hala services, and important numbers on speed dial.
“As Qtel rolls out multiple advanced telecom services, it is our duty to facilitate customers’ accessibility in the most convenient fashion,” said Adel Al Mutawa, executive director of Group Communications in Qtel.
“…the 128K SIM with Services Menu provides customers with the ability to access services with just a few clicks. Having control over one’s mobile saves time and makes its use more pleasant,” Al Mutawa added.
