Realty firm Tiger Properties has moved to establish a facilities management umbrella division to service its portfolio of properties.

Company CEO Taha Mohammed said the group’s existing team, which services towers in Sharjah and Dubai, will now be unified under the new facilities management division, streamlining operations.

Comprising a team of 50 professionals, the division will be split over two regional headquarters, the first being in Al Taawun Towers in Sharjah, scheduled to service some 1,200 residential rental units, and the second will be based in the Jumeirah Lakes project Dubai.
