Ashish Panjabi, COO of Jacky’s Group of Companies said that Izumi is intended to provide office automation to all corporate accounts though one company, as well as providing additional services and support around solutions.

“Furthermore, there will be dedicated service technicians and engineers within Izumi who will be responsible for high levels of pre and post sales support for all of our high-end products being marketed. A sales and service team across various countries will be rolled out to better serve our customer needs,” he added.

Izumi will operate primarily in the GCC, with some focus on Yemen and Lebanon.

Walid Amin, who takes on the general manager role for Izumi commented: “One of the goals for the next three years of Izumi Solutions is to establish ourselves as a true-solutions provider. Instead of just moving boxes, we want to deliver true and value solutions which can only be done if you are willing to go the extra mile. Areas like customer training and regular refreshers are going to be part of our offerings in office automation, banking and graphic arts products, which we will be marketing.
