Meet and spa

Whether you are planning an intimate meeting catering to 10 guests or a grand ball for up to 1000, the Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi fits the bill.

The total meetings and conference space exceeds 7000m² comprising a 20‑metre high auditorium accommodating up to 1100 guests, complete with multiple entrances, stage lighting, broadcast equipment and a built‑in sound system.

The ballroom has a total seating capacity of 2400 and is divisible into three sections. It is kitted out for maximum impact, with 12 plasma screens, audio visual (AV) control rooms for monitoring, four projectors, a stage with subwoofer and sound system, as well as AV data and screen, broadcast, camera connectivity and special lighting to set the mood.

More than 40 smaller meeting rooms are equipped with projectors, motorised screens, plasma TVs, wireless microphones, AV, wireless and wire data systems and video conferencing facilities. The hotel also offers use of its high‑tech media and business centre.

When the last question has been answered, delegates will jump at the chance of escaping the commute home by staying put and taking advantage of the luxurious spa treatments or blowing off steam in one of the onsite leisure facilities.

The perfect way to unwind is with a rejuvenating massage or treatment in the serene Moroccan and Thai‑inspired Anantara Spa.

The spa is the globally‑renowned Anantara brand's first venture in the region, exclusive to Emirates Palace. It features seven treatment suites complete with Vichy shower and the only Moroccan Hammam facility available in Abu Dhabi.

The range of leisure and team‑building activities available at the club includes PADI‑certified dive courses at the hotel marina, Energy Zone; a fitness concept designed to offer fitness regimes similar to extreme sports in the controlled environment of the Emirates Palace grounds and tailored tennis programmes.
