Dimension Data awarded Cisco Gold certification in UAE

The regional arm of IT services and solutions provider Dimension Data has been awarded the Cisco Gold certification for meeting standards related to networking skill, service, support and customer satisfaction.

"We are extremely pleased to announce our status as a Cisco Gold Certified partner. The investment that we have made in achieving this level of expertise is a demonstration of Dimension Data’s commitment to this region,” said Neill Hart, director of Solutions and Services at Dimension Data in the Gulf.

Commenting on the certification, Edison Peres, senior vice president and chief go-to-market officer for worldwide channels at Cisco believed that Dimension Data had successfully played its part in meeting market expectations.

“With specializations in Unified Communications, Routing and Switching, Security, and Wireless LAN, Dimension Data has made an investment in developing the capability to deliver the integrated and customized technology solutions today’s customers demand,” said Peres.

With the certification, the company can now obtain access to sales, technical, and lifecycle services training and support from Cisco.
