A Kuwaiti court rejected on Wednesday an appeal by a group of investors who want trading on the slumping bourse suspended to avoid further losses, the state news agency KUNA reported.
Earlier this month, a group of investors won a court ruling to suspend dealings on the second-largest Arab stock market, which has lost more than 30 percent this year.
But dealings resumed after just over a day following a court's acceptance of a government appeal against the decision.
A final ruling is still pending in the case which will be heard in December, KUNA said. (Reuters)
