Busy 2009 calendar for investment talkfests

The dates for next year's investment industry must-do events have been released.

March sees the International Hotel Investment Forum being held in Berlin under the theme "Searching for Deals", with confirmed participation from such names as IHG's Andrew Cosslett and Starwood's Frits van Paasschen.

The Middle East region's best investment talkfest, the Arabian Hotel Investment Conference has been confirmed for May 2009 in Dubai, with the theme of "rising above expectations".

In a busy year for hotel investors, other events on the list include the China Hotel Investment Summit, the Russia and CIS Hotel Investment Conference and the South American Hotel and Tourism Investment Conference.
