Sheikh Khalifa issues federal decrees

UAE President Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan on Saturday issued several federal decrees including one on the licensing of fertility centres and another to set up a national tourism and antiquities council, state news agency WAM reported.
Sheikh Khalifa also issued a decree to set up a telecommunications infrastructure company, one amending the powers of ministers and their ministries, another on federal human resources, and another on medical responsibilities.
WAM did not give any other information about the decrees.
