Storage solutions provider ISIT AE has claimed its first channel accolade from vendor partner NetApps since setting up business in the Middle East 12 months ago.

Martyn Molnar, regional director, Middle East, North and South Africa and Pakistan at NetApp, commended the ISIT team for its strong commitment and support to NetApp and its service to customers at an awards night held at the NetApp Partner Academy in Dubai.

"I wish to congratulate the ISIT team for their hard work and commitment in making ISIT and NetApp in the UAE such a success and helping enterprise customers throughout our region realise considerable business benefits," said Molnar.

Mahesh Vaidya, CEO at ISIT says that this award acknowledges the drive and determination of the ISIT team and hopes that it will spur his staff to continue the momentum that the firm has enjoyed over the last year in the region's enterprise storage market.

The portfolio of storage solutions that ISIT has amassed over the last 12 months in the region includes products from names such as NetApp, Data Domain, Iron Mountain and Symantec. The firm says that it combines these vendor offerings to provide data management solutions for storage consolidation, data classification, information lifecycle management, infrastructure virtualisation, data archiving and storage-as-a-service.
