OIL SLIP: Qatar's oil minister is in New Delhi for Petrotech meet.

Qatar's oil minister, Abdullah al-Attiyah, said on Tuesday there had been no call for an early OPEC meeting.
The minister, who arrived in New Delhi for the Petrotech conference, said oil demand was weak.
"The market is well supplied but we are seeing there is no demand," he told reporters. (Reuters)
