Systems integrator and services provider Optimiza has rolled out SageCRM and Sage Accpac ERP to help manage operations across its various business units.

The applications, which were deployed by United Business Applications (UBA) Sage’s only CRM Development Partner in the region, will provide synchronized control of business operations across all of Optimiza’s offices.

UBA also provided Optimiza with a fully automated sales cycle solution, and Sage’s GL Consolidation Module, which will allow Optimiza to consolidate all financial statements from regional offices into a single statement.

Optimize was formed in 2006 by the merger of nine existing companies, and has since expanded its business with several other acquisitions.

Hazem Malhas, Optimiza CEO said: “It was critical for us to move all companies that are now part of the Optimiza Network from multiple systems into one standard platform that will give us more visibility and control of our financial and sales activities.”

Hazem Bawab, Managing Partner of UBA added: “The agreements that we sign with leading regional companies such as Optimiza continue to enhance our position in the market as a top company that provides high level international business solutions. With our business solutions, Optimiza now has a system that automates the work processes across the company’s network offices in the region and enhances the company's productivity and efficiency.”
