Abu Dhabi Ship Building wins $125m deal

Abu Dhabi Ship Building said on Monday it won a 460m dirhams ($125.2m) contract to supply 34 interceptor vessels to an Abu Dhabi security body.
The 16-metre vessels will be designed by Turkey's Yonca-Onuk and co-produced by International Golden Group of Abu Dhabi.
"The first vessel will be delivered after 12 months," William Saltzer, CEO of Abu Dhabi Ship Building told reporters after the agreement was signed at a defence fair. (Reuters)
