Why ITSM and Asset Management Technologies are More Important in the Current Economic Downturn

In the current economic conditions affecting virtually every region of the world, many businesses are looking for ways to optimise and create greater operational efficiencies, not for the simple means of increasing the bottom line but as a means of survival.
