Qatar Telecom (Qtel) has confirmed the launch of BillXpress - the new service enabling Qatari firms to manage communication costs more effectively.
The service will enable corporate clients to see all communications costs online in real-time, through an easy-to-access interface that helps companies itemise communication across different departments and cost centres.
It includes easy registration and password encryption; secure online logins; and the ability to retrieve historic bills.
The solution also enables businesses to better understand which areas are driving communication costs, and help develop policies that ensure a full return on communications investment.
In addition, BillXpress has been configured to generate Pre-Defined Dynamic Reports, so that companies can integrate the management of communication costs into their business strategy, and even download and submit standard payment report files directly to Qtel.
The company claims that corporate clients deploying the solution will see immediate benefits in terms of reducing the man hours necessary to sort and submit bills from different offices, and will also have clearer oversight across their operations.
