Air Arabia Goa flights start next week

Low cost carrier Air Arabia begins flying to Goa, its thirteenth destination in India, next week.
The Sharjah based airline said it will fly three times a week to Dabolim International Airport in Goa from Apr 21st, making it the first UAE carrier to offer a non stop service to the south Indian state.
Flights will depart from Sharjah on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays at 00:25 AM and arrive in Goa at 5:05 AM.
Return flights will depart Goa at 5:50 AM and arrive in Sharjah at 7:35 AM.
“Today, even more members of the large Indian expatriate population living in the UAE and GCC can take advantage of our extensive Middle Eastern and international network,” said AK Nizar, head of Air Arabia’s commercial department.
“We now serve 13 destinations in India, and are keen on continuously providing the best value-for-money service to this rapidly emerging nation.”
The other 12 destinations are: Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore, Delhi, Jaipur, Kochi, Kozhikode, Mumbai, Nagpur, Thiruvanathapuram and Hyderabad.
In total, Air Arabia now serves 45 destinations across the Middle East, North Africa, South Asia and Central Asia.

Why is Air Arabia not interested to collect passengers from Muscat? Tourism is booming in Oman and will be a hot destination during recession. Plus thousands of Goan are working in Oman and this link will help too. Omanis studying in Goa too will benefit from this route. Just make a point Mr. Arabia to pick us up.
