What is Recovery

It depends on what you mean by recovery. If you mean going back to prices of Summer 08, sorry - there will be no recovery as such. Especially with all that has happened and is still happening with ever changing laws, no investor protection, no bankruptcy laws and no developer regulation.
If you mean prices stabilizing and free fall ending, probably towards the end of this year.

As long as Developers can demand payments for properties not built or delayed and as long as there is no protection against the many dishonest practices there will be no recovery
Developers like Hydra Properties among others are the ones whose conduct will put a major delay on recovery.
