Great - what a wonderful opportunity Emaar has to fully integrate UAE Nationals into the workforce......
There has been a lot in the press about integration and opportunities for Nationals in the private (semi-private) sector. The prospect of utilising qualified Nationals in jobs across the entire spectrum is there to be had.
Will they be brave enough to take it though - that is the question? Surely there surely must be large numbers of experienced and qualified people who can fill ALL of the positions that these projects offer.
