Kuwait's Jazeera Airways has announced an all inclusive 48-hour special promotional offer to celebrate the launch of two extra daily flights from Kuwait to Dubai, beginning on June 1.
The increase takes the total number of flights from Kuwait to Dubai to six daily flights.
The 48-hour promotional offer, which starts on Thursday, will offer one way fares from AED119, inclusive of all taxes and additional fees.
Jazeera Airways CCO, Steven Greenway, said: "The 48-hour promotional offer...is our way of saying a big thank you to our discerning patrons without whom we at Jazeera wouldn't have been able to achieve such immense success."
The 48-hour summer offer can be used for travel between June 1 and September 15.

Reshceduling drama

I have been believing that jazzera is good, I booked my ticket to india for June in FEB, I got a mail in May saying that flights are canceled and NOBODY is here in dubai to explain to us how the situation is handled. somebody called up to say that flight is canceled and she did not have a answer for the solution. Sending e mail is NO USE and guys seem to be least bothered to reply.
How can a carrier be so ignorant.....I called their Kuwait office and no use..they should not be allowed to operate in DUBAI if they can not have responsible person based in DUBAI with descent office set up..

Jazzera Airways is my first choice when flying out of Kuwait. Many times and never a problem.

It is not a promotion but now you have fly Dubai and Al Arabia as options directly from where your live to where you wish to travel. Budget airlines and transfer/transit passenger is not a fit to the basic concept of these airlines and that why you have problems to get refunds from Al Jazeera.

It is a pain to cancel & get the refund for the tickets that their customers are forced to cancel due to the rescheduling of flights from Dubai to other countries via Kuwait.(if at all they give).
I hope some sense prevails in them to care for their customers.
